Kaz Firpo
Kaz Firpo was an American football offensive lineman and professional wrestler. Born Kazimierz Franciszek Firpo, he played college football at San Francisco City College and the University of San Francisco.
After his college career, Firpo embarked on a career in professional wrestling, often billed as a villainous character. He was known for his large size and aggressive style. He wrestled primarily on the West Coast during the 1930s and 1940s.
Firpo was not directly related to Luis Ángel Firpo, the famous Argentine boxer. However, promoters sometimes exploited the similarity in names to enhance his wrestling persona and appeal to audiences. His wrestling career ended sometime in the late 1940s. Further biographical information is somewhat scarce.
