KLM UK
KLM UK was a British airline formed in 1992 through the merger of Air UK and KLM's UK regional operations. It operated primarily from UK regional airports to destinations within Europe. The airline leveraged the strong KLM brand and network to offer passengers convenient connections via Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS).
KLM UK offered both scheduled passenger services and charter flights. Its fleet consisted mainly of Fokker 100 and Boeing 737 aircraft.
In 1997, KLM UK was rebranded as KLM uk, with a lowercase "uk" as part of its name. This rebranding was intended to further emphasize its connection to the larger KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
In 2002, KLM uk was merged with British Airways Regional to form KLM Cityhopper UK. This new entity was then rebranded as British Airways CitiExpress. The integration into British Airways marked the end of the KLM UK brand.
