Körbelitz
Körbelitz is a village and former municipality in the Börde district in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is located approximately 15 kilometers southwest of Magdeburg.
Historically, Körbelitz has been primarily an agricultural community. It was first mentioned in documented history in 1317. The village features a church, which is a significant landmark and reflects the architectural style typical of the region.
In 2010, Körbelitz was incorporated into the municipality of Gommern, thus ceasing to exist as an independent political entity. As part of Gommern, it is governed by the municipality's administration. The population is relatively small, contributing to the overall rural character of the area.
