Justin Gray (basketball)

Justin Gray (born March 31, 1984) is an American former professional basketball player and current basketball coach. He played college basketball for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.

Gray, a 6'2" (1.88 m) guard, was a standout player at Wake Forest University from 2002 to 2006. During his college career, he was known for his scoring ability and leadership. He finished his Wake Forest career as one of the program's all-time leading scorers.

After graduating from Wake Forest, Gray embarked on a professional basketball career that spanned several years and included stints in various leagues and countries. He played in the NBA Development League (now the G League), as well as overseas in countries such as Israel, Turkey, Greece, Italy, and France. He had brief NBA Summer League experiences but did not play in a regular season NBA game.

Following his playing career, Gray transitioned into coaching. He has held various coaching positions at both the collegiate and professional levels. In recent years, he has worked as an assistant coach in the NBA, further solidifying his career in basketball.
