Jorge López (actor)

Jorge López Astorga (born November 30, 1991) is a Chilean actor, singer, and dancer. He is best known for his roles as Ramiro Ponce in the Disney Channel Latin America series Soy Luna and as Valerio Montesinos in the Netflix teen drama Élite.

López began his career in theater and television in Chile. His early roles included appearances in Chilean television series. His international breakthrough came with his casting in Soy Luna, which gained him a significant following across Latin America and beyond.

Following Soy Luna, López joined the cast of Élite in its second season, playing the character of Valerio, a complex and rebellious student. His performance in Élite further solidified his international recognition and appeal.

Beyond acting, López is also a singer and dancer, often showcasing his talents in his roles. He has also participated in various theater productions and music videos. López continues to work in both Latin American and international projects, pursuing a career in acting and entertainment.
