Johnny Brown (basketball)

Johnny Brown (born June 22, 1961) is an American former professional basketball player. Brown played as a guard and had a notable career in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and other professional leagues.

Brown played college basketball at Jacksonville University, where he was a standout player.

He was drafted by the Atlanta Hawks in the 2nd round (39th overall) of the 1984 NBA draft. He played for the Hawks from 1984 to 1986. After his time with the Hawks, Brown played for the Washington Bullets (later Wizards) from 1986 to 1988, and the Utah Jazz from 1988 to 1989.

Following his NBA career, Brown continued to play professionally in Europe and other leagues. His professional career spanned over a decade.
