John Dilg

John Dilg (born 1960) is an American painter and printmaker, primarily known for his landscape-inspired works. Dilg’s art often features a distinctive, almost childlike, simplicity in its depiction of natural forms. His paintings frequently employ flat, saturated colors and bold outlines, evoking a sense of immediacy and memory.

Dilg received his MFA from the University of Iowa. He has exhibited extensively throughout the United States. His work is held in various public and private collections.
