Joe Craft
Joe Craft is an American businessman and philanthropist. He is the president and chief executive officer of Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. (ARLP), a diversified natural resource company. He also serves as chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Alliance Resource Management GP, LLC, which is the general partner of ARLP.
Craft is known for his involvement in Republican politics and conservative causes. He served as the United States Ambassador to the United Nations under the Trump administration from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, he served as the United States Ambassador to Iceland from 2017 to 2019.
Craft has served on the boards of numerous organizations, including the University of Kentucky and the Center for Rural Development. He and his wife, Kelly Craft, are significant donors to educational institutions and charitable organizations, particularly in Kentucky.
