João Pedro Junqueira de Jesus (born 26 September 1999), commonly known as João Pedro, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Brighton & Hove Albion and the Brazil national team.
Early Life and Career
Born in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, João Pedro began his youth career with Fluminense, quickly rising through the ranks. He gained significant attention for his performances in youth tournaments, leading to his integration into the first team.
Club Career
João Pedro made his professional debut for Fluminense in 2019. His early performances were marked by goals and assists, establishing him as a promising talent in Brazilian football.
In 2020, he joined Watford in the English Premier League. He quickly adapted to the physicality of English football and became a key player for the club, contributing goals and assists in both the Premier League and the Championship. He played a significant role in Watford's promotion back to the Premier League in 2021.

International Career
