Jim Porter (Australian rules footballer)
Jim Porter was an Australian rules footballer who played for the Collingwood Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1940s.
Porter, a rover, was a member of Collingwood's 1946 VFL premiership-winning side, playing in the grand final victory over Essendon. He played 13 games that season. He debuted in 1942 but his career was interrupted by World War II. He later played for Williamstown in the Victorian Football Association (VFA).
