Jermaine Taylor (basketball)

Jermaine Taylor (born December 8, 1986) is an American former professional basketball player. He played college basketball for the University of Central Florida (UCF) Knights.

Taylor was drafted by the Houston Rockets with the 32nd overall pick in the 2009 NBA draft. He played sparingly for the Rockets for two seasons (2009-2011), splitting time with their NBA Development League affiliate, the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.

Following his time with the Rockets, Taylor played internationally for several teams in countries including Italy, Israel, Ukraine, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela.

Taylor played primarily as a shooting guard.
