Jeff Duncan (baseball)

Jeff Duncan (born September 17, 1979) is a former professional baseball infielder. He played Major League Baseball (MLB) for the New York Mets and the Toronto Blue Jays.

Early Life and College Career

Duncan attended Harrison High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and played college baseball at Arizona State University. He was a standout player for the Sun Devils, earning All-Pac-10 honors.

Professional Career

Duncan was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 1997 MLB Draft, but did not sign. He was then drafted by the New York Mets in the first round (46th overall) of the 2000 MLB Draft.

He made his major league debut with the Mets in 2003. After being traded to the Toronto Blue Jays, he played for them in 2004. Duncan spent several years in the minor leagues with various organizations before retiring from professional baseball.
