Jake Reed (cricketer)

Jake Reed (born March 17, 1990) is an Australian cricketer. He is a right-arm fast-medium bowler and right-handed batsman.

Reed has primarily played domestic cricket in Australia, representing Tasmania and South Australia. He made his first-class debut for Tasmania in the 2014-15 season. He later moved to South Australia and has played for the South Australian Redbacks.

His career has been hampered by injuries, which have limited his appearances. Reed is known for his pace and ability to swing the ball, making him a valuable asset when fit. He has also represented the Adelaide Strikers in the Big Bash League (BBL). His best BBL season was with the Strikers, where he made significant contributions with the ball.
