Žan Celar

Žan Celar (born November 14, 1999) is a Slovenian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Swiss Super League club Lugano.

Celar began his professional career with Maribor in the Slovenian PrvaLiga. He subsequently moved to Roma's youth academy in Italy. After loan spells at Ascoli and Cittadella, he joined Cremonese in Serie B. In 2022, he transferred to Lugano in Switzerland, where he has become a key player.

Celar has also represented Slovenia at various youth international levels, including the under-21 team. He is known for his goal-scoring ability and contributions to his team's attacking play.
