Howard White (writer)
Howard White (born 1945) is a Canadian publisher, editor, and writer, primarily known for his work relating to British Columbia's coastal and logging history. He is the founder of Harbour Publishing, a significant independent publishing house based in Madeira Park, British Columbia.
White's writing often reflects his deep connection to the Pacific Northwest environment and its working-class communities. He has authored numerous books, encompassing genres such as memoir, local history, and biography.
