Daisy (2006 film)

Daisy is a 2006 South Korean romantic drama film directed by Andrew Lau. The film stars Jun Ji-hyun, Lee Sung-jae, and Jung Woo-sung.

The film tells the story of Hye-young (Jun Ji-hyun), a street artist in Amsterdam who falls in love with Interpol agent Jeong-woo (Lee Sung-jae). Unbeknownst to her, she is also the target of a hitman, Park Yi (Jung Woo-sung), who is secretly in love with her and expresses his feelings by sending her daisies. A complicated love triangle ensues amidst the backdrop of criminal investigations and deadly assassinations.

Daisy is notable for its beautiful cinematography, filmed on location in the Netherlands. The film explores themes of love, sacrifice, and mistaken identity. It was released theatrically in South Korea on March 9, 2006, and has since gained international recognition.
