Bryn Evans (rugby union, born 1984)
Bryn Evans (born October 11, 1984) is a New Zealand rugby union player. He primarily plays as a lock.
Evans began his professional rugby career in New Zealand, playing for North Harbour in the National Provincial Championship (NPC). He also represented the Blues in Super Rugby.
In 2009, Evans made his debut for the All Blacks, the New Zealand national rugby team. He earned a handful of caps, competing in test matches.
Following his time in New Zealand, Evans moved to Europe to continue his rugby career. He played for various clubs, including Biarritz Olympique in France's Top 14, and London Irish in the English Premiership.
Evans is known for his physicality and work rate around the field.
