Her Private Life (TV series)

Her Private Life is a 2019 South Korean television series starring Park Min-young and Kim Jae-wook. It is based on the novel Noona Fan Dot Com by Kim Sung-yeon. The series aired on tvN from April 10 to May 30, 2019, on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 21:30 (KST).

The series follows Sung Deok-mi (Park Min-young), a talented chief curator of an art gallery who leads a secret double life as an avid fan of Cha Si-an (ONE), a member of a popular idol group. To protect her privacy and avoid scrutiny in the professional world, she meticulously hides her fan activities.

Ryan Gold (Kim Jae-wook), a former painter and newly appointed art director of the same gallery, discovers Deok-mi's secret. Initially disliking her obsession, he begins to understand her passion and eventually develops feelings for her. The series explores the complexities of balancing personal passions with professional responsibilities, the stigma surrounding fan culture, and the blossoming romance between Deok-mi and Ryan as they navigate their shared world in the art gallery and Deok-mi's "private life."
