Brian Williams (footballer, born 1955)

Brian Williams (born 15 December 1955) is a Welsh former professional footballer. He played as a defender.

Williams began his professional career with Newport County in 1974, making over 100 appearances for the club in the Football League. He later played for Hereford United, Cardiff City, and Swansea City. He also had a spell with Merthyr Tydfil. His career spanned from the mid-1970s to the late 1980s.
