He Cheng

He Cheng (何承) was a politician and official during the late Eastern Han and Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history, serving under the state of Wu.

Born in the Wu Commandery (吳郡), which is present-day Suzhou, Jiangsu, He Cheng was known for his eloquence, intelligence, and strategic thinking. He initially served under the warlord Sun Quan, who later became the founding emperor of Wu.
