Happily Ever After (1989 film)

Happily Ever After is a 1989 American animated musical fantasy film directed by John Howley. It is considered a sequel to the Brothers Grimm fairy tale "Snow White," though it is not affiliated with the Disney animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

The film picks up where the original Snow White story left off. Following her marriage to the Prince, Snow White is poisoned by Lord Maliss, the evil brother of the Queen who was defeated in the first tale. The poison does not kill her but sends her into a deep sleep that can only be broken by true love's kiss. The seven dwarfs, now transformed into seven animals called the Dwarfelles, set out to help the Prince rescue Snow White.

The film features a musical score composed by Frank Becker and lyrics by Becky Vorbeck.
