Gelernter

Gelernter may refer to:

• David Gelernter (born 1955): An American computer scientist, professor of computer science at Yale University, artist, and writer. He is known for his work on parallel computation, tuple space architecture (including the Linda programming language), and artificial intelligence. He has also written extensively on technology, culture, and politics.

• Hillel Gelernter (1931-2015): An Israeli-American computer scientist who pioneered research in geometric theorem proving using computers. He is known for his Geometry Theorem Proving Machine, one of the earliest examples of AI problem-solving.
