Garry Williams (Australian footballer)

Garry Williams is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Sydney Swans in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was recruited from North Shore Bombers and debuted in 1986. A defender known for his strong marking and intercept ability, Williams played 113 games for the Swans over an eight-year career, consistently contributing to the team's defensive structure. He retired from AFL football in 1993. Post-football, Williams has maintained involvement in the sport through coaching and community roles.
