Göran Johansson (politician)

Göran Johansson (1945 – 2014) was a Swedish Social Democratic politician. He served as the municipal commissioner (kommunalråd) of Gothenburg, Sweden, for a significant period, holding the position from 1994 until his retirement in 2009.

Johansson was a prominent figure in Gothenburg's politics for several decades. He was known for his pragmatic and consensus-seeking approach. His tenure was marked by major infrastructure projects and urban development initiatives within the city.
