Fred Taylor (footballer, born 1890)
Fred Taylor (born 1890, date and place of death unknown) was an English professional footballer who played as a forward.
Taylor began his career at Rochdale before joining Football League side Glossop in 1913. He remained at Glossop for two seasons, making a limited number of appearances before the outbreak of World War I.
During World War I, organized football was suspended. Details of Taylor's activities during and after the war are scarce. It is currently unknown if he resumed his football career following the war. Further research is needed to determine his complete playing history and life after football.
