Frank McDonnell (Queensland politician)

Frank McDonnell (born 27 October 1904, died 21 December 1981) was an Australian politician. He served as a Labor member of the Queensland Legislative Assembly for Fortitude Valley from 1956 to 1960.

McDonnell was born in Brisbane and educated at St James School. Prior to entering politics, he worked as a railway employee.

His political career saw him representing the Fortitude Valley electorate for a single term. After losing his seat in 1960, he continued to be involved in the Labor movement.

He died in Brisbane in 1981 and was buried in Nudgee Cemetery.
