Fernando Rodriguez (baseball)

Fernando Rodriguez is a former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Houston Astros, Oakland Athletics, and Philadelphia Phillies.

Rodriguez was originally signed by the Anaheim Angels as an undrafted free agent in 2003. He primarily played as a relief pitcher throughout his career. He made his MLB debut with the Houston Astros in 2009.

During his time in the major leagues, Rodriguez was known for his fastball and slider. He had stints with various minor league teams and independent league teams before and after his MLB career. His MLB career spanned from 2009 to 2014.
