Dale Evans (American football)
Dale Evans is a former American football player. He played as a defensive back in the National Football League (NFL). Evans attended Oklahoma State University where he played college football. He was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fifth round of the 1975 NFL Draft. He played for the Bills from 1975 to 1979. After his time with the Bills, he played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1980. His NFL career spanned six seasons. Following his playing career, Evans transitioned into coaching roles.
