Eva Wilms

Eva Wilms (born August 4, 1952) is a former German track and field athlete who competed primarily in the shot put. She represented West Germany during her career. Wilms achieved significant success in the 1970s, earning medals at major international competitions. She won a silver medal at the 1976 Montreal Olympics in the shot put and a bronze medal at the 1974 European Athletics Championships in Rome. Wilms also held the world record in the shot put for a brief period in 1977.
