Eddie Miller (quarterback)

Eddie Miller is a former American football quarterback. He is best known for his collegiate career at BYU (Brigham Young University) in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

While at BYU, Miller served primarily as a backup to Jim McMahon. He saw limited playing time but was recognized for his arm talent and athleticism. He played under legendary coach LaVell Edwards in BYU's pass-oriented offense.

Miller's professional career was short-lived. After college, he signed with the Denver Broncos as a free agent, but he did not make the final roster. He subsequently played in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for a brief period.

Since his playing days, Miller has largely remained out of the public eye. Specific details regarding his post-football career are limited. His primary impact was as a role player within a successful BYU program during a period of significant national recognition for the university's football team.
