Andy Taylor (footballer, born 1988)

Andy Taylor (born 11 August 1988) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender.

Career

Taylor started his career at Tranmere Rovers, progressing through their youth system. He made his professional debut for Tranmere in 2006. During his time at Tranmere, he also had loan spells at Vauxhall Motors.

Following his time at Tranmere Rovers, Taylor played for several other clubs including Mansfield Town, Sheffield United, Walsall, Bradford City, and AFC Fylde. He is known for his versatility as a defender, capable of playing in multiple positions across the back line.

He signed for Boston United in July 2023.
