Tempalay

Tempalay is a Japanese psychedelic rock band formed in Tokyo in 2014. The band consists of Ryoto Ohara (vocals, guitar, synthesizer), Yuya Takeuchi (bass), and Natsuki Fujimoto (drums).

Known for their eclectic sound, Tempalay blends elements of psychedelic rock, pop, jazz, and electronic music. Their music often features dreamy soundscapes, catchy melodies, and experimental arrangements. Ohara's distinctive vocals and songwriting contribute significantly to their unique style.

Tempalay gained recognition in the Japanese indie music scene and has since expanded its fanbase internationally. They have released several albums and EPs, including "From Japan" (2014), "WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD" (2015), "from JAPAN 2" (2016), "Oh. My. God!!" (2017), "21世紀より愛をこめて" (2019), "ゴーストアルバム" (2021), and "((:) (2024).

The band has toured extensively both in Japan and abroad, playing at various music festivals and venues. Tempalay's performances are characterized by their energetic stage presence and improvisational elements, making them a popular live act.
