Ed Ingram

Ed Ingram is an American football offensive guard for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL).

Ingram played college football at LSU, where he was a three-year starter and earned second-team All-SEC honors in 2021. He was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

With the Vikings, Ingram played primarily at left guard. He started all 16 games he played in during the 2022 season, and also started all 17 games during the 2023 season.

On March 12, 2024, Ingram was traded to the Arizona Cardinals.
