Doe Paoro

Doe Paoro (born Sonia Kreitzer) is an American singer-songwriter and musician. She is known for her blend of electronic, R&B, and pop influences, often incorporating elements of traditional Tibetan singing and meditation practices into her music.

Kreitzer was raised in Syracuse, New York. She studied ethnomusicology at Syracuse University, focusing on Tibetan singing. She later moved to Los Angeles and began performing under the name Doe Paoro.

Doe Paoro's debut album, Slow to Love, was released in 2012. Her second album, After, followed in 2015, and her third album, Softest Hard, was released in 2018. She has toured extensively and collaborated with various artists, including Peter Gabriel.

Her music often explores themes of love, loss, spirituality, and personal growth. She has garnered critical acclaim for her distinctive vocals, introspective lyrics, and innovative sonic landscapes.
