David Gibbs (American football)

David Gibbs is an American football coach. He most recently served as the defensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL) in 2023. Prior to his time in Denver, Gibbs held defensive coordinator positions at several major college football programs, including the University of Central Florida (UCF), the University of Houston, the University of Texas, and Mississippi State University. He also has experience coaching in the NFL as a defensive assistant for the Kansas City Chiefs. Gibbs is known for his aggressive defensive schemes and his ability to develop defensive talent.
