Dan Roman (footballer, born 1982)
Dan Roman (born February 15, 1982) is an American former professional football player who played as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL).
Roman attended Oklahoma State University, where he played college football. He was originally signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2004. After being released by the Dolphins, he spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Carolina Panthers. Roman was primarily a special teams player during his NFL career. He was known for his work ethic and contribution to the team on special teams units. His NFL career lasted for several seasons, primarily as a reserve player.
