Damone (band)
Damone was an American rock band formed in Waltham, Massachusetts in 2001. The band's core members were Noelle LeConte (vocals/guitar), Mike Woods (guitar), Vazquez (bass), and Dustin Hengst (drums). Their music blended elements of power pop, punk rock, and alternative rock, drawing comparisons to bands like the Posies, Cheap Trick, and Letters to Cleo.
Damone released two full-length studio albums: From the Attic (2003) and Out Here All Night (2006). From the Attic garnered significant attention for its catchy melodies and energetic performances, helping them establish a following within the rock music scene. Out Here All Night continued to showcase their signature sound, further solidifying their reputation as a promising act.
The band toured extensively, supporting acts like Sum 41 and the All-American Rejects. Despite critical acclaim and a devoted fanbase, Damone disbanded in 2007. Noelle LeConte has since pursued solo projects and collaborations.
