Dafydd Jenkins (rugby union)
Dafydd Jenkins (born 22 December 2002) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays as a lock for Exeter Chiefs and the Wales national team.
Jenkins began his rugby career at Porthcawl Comprehensive School and progressed through the Ospreys academy system. He joined Exeter Chiefs' academy and quickly established himself in their first team squad.
He made his debut for Wales against Australia in November 2022. In February 2024, at the age of 21, Jenkins was named captain of the Wales national team for the 2024 Six Nations Championship, becoming the second youngest Wales captain in history, after Gareth Edwards.
