Bengala (wrestler)

Bengala (born July 17, 1986) is the ring name of a Japanese professional wrestler, currently working for Pro Wrestling NOAH.

He debuted in 2010, training in the Último Dragón Gym in Mexico. Initially working in Mexico under the name Dark Dragon, he later adopted the Bengala gimmick, which is characterized by a facepaint design resembling a Bengal tiger.

Bengala is known for his high-flying style and agility. He competed primarily in the Mexican promotion AAA (Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide) for several years, often teaming with other high-flying wrestlers. He gained significant popularity for his energetic performances and striking visual appearance.

In 2016, Bengala made his debut for Pro Wrestling NOAH in Japan. He has since become a regular member of the NOAH roster, competing in both singles and tag team matches. He has participated in several of NOAH's major tournaments and events.

Bengala's signature moves include variations of the springboard, the 450° splash, and other aerial maneuvers. His character is often portrayed as a spirited and exciting competitor. He continues to be a popular figure among wrestling fans in both Mexico and Japan.
