Chris Taylor (cricketer, born 1981)

Chris Taylor (born December 10, 1981) is an English cricketer. A right-handed batsman and occasional right-arm medium pace bowler, he has played primarily for Leicestershire County Cricket Club throughout his career.

Taylor made his first-class debut for Leicestershire in 2002. He is known for his solid technique and ability to build long innings. While not a flamboyant stroke-maker, he has consistently contributed runs to the Leicestershire batting lineup over the years.

He has also represented Leicestershire in List A and Twenty20 cricket. Although his appearances in limited-overs formats have been less frequent than in first-class cricket, he has shown glimpses of his talent in those formats as well.
