Chris Beech (footballer, born 1975)

Chris Beech (born January 18, 1975) is an English former professional footballer and football manager.

Beech began his playing career as a midfielder. He notably played in the Football League for Hartlepool United, Huddersfield Town, Doncaster Rovers, Rochdale, and Carlisle United. He also played non-league football for several clubs, including Hyde United, Barrow, and Workington.

Following the end of his playing career, Beech moved into coaching and management. He served as youth team coach and assistant manager at Rochdale for several years. In November 2019, he was appointed as manager of Carlisle United, a position he held until October 2021. During his tenure, Carlisle showed marked improvement, and Beech was named League Two Manager of the Month on several occasions. He was eventually dismissed following a poor run of results.
