Cardinal Newman High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school located in Santa Rosa, California, in Sonoma County. It operates under the auspices of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Santa Rosa. The school's history dates back to the early 20th century with the establishment of Ursuline High School, an all-girls institution. The current co-educational school was formed in 1964 through the merger of Ursuline High School and St. Eugene's High School, an all-boys school.

Cardinal Newman offers a college preparatory curriculum for students in grades 9 through 12. The academic program includes a range of courses including Advanced Placement (AP) courses in various subjects. Extracurricular activities are offered in athletics, performing arts, student government, and various clubs.
