AEG Ogden
AEG Ogden (now known as ASM Global (APAC)) was a venue management company specializing in operating arenas, stadiums, convention centers, performing arts centers, theaters, and other event facilities. It was a joint venture between AEG Facilities (a division of Anschutz Entertainment Group) and Ogden Australia Pty Ltd.
AEG Ogden provided a range of services including event booking, marketing, facility management, food and beverage operations, ticketing, and security. They aimed to maximize the utilization and profitability of the venues under their management while providing a positive experience for event attendees.
The company operated primarily in the Asia Pacific region, managing venues in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Prominent venues previously managed by AEG Ogden included the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, Suncorp Stadium (Brisbane), and the ICC Sydney (International Convention Centre Sydney).
In 2019, AEG Facilities merged with SMG (another major venue management company) to form ASM Global. As a result, AEG Ogden was rebranded as ASM Global (APAC), and continues to operate under this new name and broader corporate structure.
