Bruce Elliott (footballer)

Bruce Elliott is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Claremont Football Club in the West Australian Football League (WAFL) and the North Melbourne Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Elliott was a key defender known for his strong marking and reliable play.

Elliott played for Claremont throughout the 1970s and 1980s, becoming a club stalwart. He was part of Claremont's premiership-winning side in 1981.

He transferred to North Melbourne in 1984, where he played for one season before returning to Claremont. His VFL career was relatively short but provided valuable experience.

After his playing career, Elliott remained involved in football, often providing commentary and analysis on local football in Western Australia.
