Peter Martin (Australian footballer)
Peter Martin is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Collingwood Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL).
Martin was drafted by Collingwood with pick 31 in the 2003 AFL Draft. A key defender, he made his debut in 2004. He was known for his strong marking and reliable defensive play. While not a flashy player, he was a consistent contributor to the Collingwood backline for several years.
Martin played a total of 96 games for Collingwood between 2004 and 2010. He retired from AFL football at the end of the 2010 season. Since retiring, he has been involved in various coaching roles at local football clubs.
