Brian Lynch (basketball)

Brian Lynch (born June 12, 1978) is an American former professional basketball player. He is a 6'2" (1.88 m) point guard and shooting guard.

Lynch played college basketball at Villanova University from 1996 to 2000. He was a significant contributor for the Wildcats, known for his scoring ability and outside shooting.

After graduating from Villanova, Lynch embarked on a professional career that spanned several years and included stints in various leagues both in the United States and internationally. He played in the NBA for the Atlanta Hawks, appearing in a limited number of games. He also played in the NBA Development League (now the NBA G League) and in several European leagues, including leagues in Spain, Germany and Australia.

Lynch's playing career was characterized by his consistent perimeter shooting and his ability to contribute offensively. Although he did not become a star player at the NBA level, he had a respectable professional career and was a valuable player for the teams he represented.
