Brave (2012 film)
Brave is a 2012 American computer-animated fantasy adventure film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. Directed by Mark Andrews and Brenda Chapman, and co-directed by Steve Purcell, the film's story is loosely based on Chapman's relationship with her own daughter.
The film tells the story of Merida, a skilled archer and headstrong princess of the Scottish Highlands, who defies an age-old custom that brings chaos to her kingdom.
