Brad Baker (racing driver)

Brad Baker (born February 15, 1993) is an American former professional motorcycle racer, specializing in flat track racing. He achieved significant success in the sport, most notably winning the 2013 Grand National Championship.

Baker began his racing career at a young age, quickly progressing through the amateur ranks. He turned professional in 2009 and consistently demonstrated exceptional talent and speed. He earned the nickname "The Bullet" due to his aggressive riding style and ability to launch from the starting line.

His championship-winning 2013 season included multiple wins and consistent podium finishes, solidifying his position as a top contender in the Grand National Championship. He also competed in the X Games, earning a silver medal in 2015.

Baker's career was unfortunately cut short due to a severe injury sustained during a practice session in 2019. The injury, a spinal cord injury, forced his retirement from professional racing. Since his retirement, Baker has remained involved in the sport, offering coaching and mentorship to up-and-coming riders. He also uses his experience to advocate for rider safety.
