Boy Krazy
Boy Krazy was a British five-member girl group active in the early 1990s. The group was formed by record producer Stock Aitken Waterman (SAW), the team behind acts like Kylie Minogue and Rick Astley. Boy Krazy consisted of singers Emma Roche, Johnna Lee Cummings, Kimberly Blake, Ruthie Smith, and Zara Dawson.
They are best known for their singles "That's What Love Can Do," which achieved moderate success in the US Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1991, and "Good Times With You," which was released in 1993. Their music style was typical of SAW's output, featuring catchy pop melodies and upbeat rhythms.
Despite some initial success and promotion, Boy Krazy failed to achieve widespread popularity, and the group disbanded shortly after releasing a few singles. "That's What Love Can Do" remains their most recognizable song and a notable example of the SAW sound of the early 1990s. After the group's dissolution, the members pursued individual endeavors, mostly outside the music industry. The group is considered a minor footnote in the history of manufactured pop groups.
