Borshchahivka (river)

The Borshchahivka is a small river in Ukraine, a right tributary of the Irpin River. It flows through the Kyiv Oblast. It is primarily known for its course through the urban areas and suburbs west of Kyiv, including the eponymous neighborhood of Borshchahivka. The river is heavily impacted by urbanization, resulting in pollution and altered flow patterns. Its length is approximately 20 kilometers. The Borshchahivka flows generally from west to east before joining the Irpin.
